Dennis Lynn Rader was born on March 9, 1945 in Pittsburg Kansas, but grew up in Wichita. He is an American Serial Killer who murdered 10 people in Sedgwick County between 1974 and 1991. Dennis Radar is known as the BTK Killer “bind, torture, kill”. Dennis sent boastful letters describing the killings in detail to the police and to local news outlets during the period of time in which the murders had taken place. After a long hiatus in the 90’s, Dennis resumed sending letters in 2004 which led to his 2005 arrest and subsequent conviction.
